Below you will find answers to common questions and disclaimers about the product, made to order process, shipping etc. My hope is that this will help you to be confident in my product and your purchase decision! What is a canvas print or giclee and why do we make them?


A canvas print or giclee is simply a print of one of our original paintings or designs. They are stretched onto a canvas and completed with a beautiful floating frame that creates a polished and professional look that will last a lifetime! Many of the canvas prints are hand embellished with gold leafing including the butterfly, and various abstracts. 


We make canvas prints because they enable you to have stunning and unique artwork in your home at affordable prices. The product that you will receive is high quality, and we would never sell you anything that we wouldn’t put in our own homes. Our original oil paintings can take up to over 30 hours complete. Canvas printing allows us to produce the art in a timely manner to make it more accessible for you! 


How long does it take to get my painting?


Made to order means that each product is custom made just for you! When your order is placed, we begin the process of creating your special piece of artwork! Many of our designs are READY TO SHIP because we keep a lot of the popular designs in stock! Timing is estimated to range from 2-3 weeks and oftentimes less! 2-3 weeks time is not a guarantee, but our team works VERY hard to get your product to you as fast as possible. Depending on the demand, production time can be faster or slower. You will receive an email update when your piece has shipped or is ready to be picked up! So no need to reach out or inquire until then!  


Can I place a rush order?

Yes, we do allow rush orders as we know there are special occasions and strict deadlines. Most of the time we are able to meet your deadlines, but please contact us first to confirm before placing your order! Rush order fees may apply.

All you need to know about Shipping!


 Larger paintings such as the butterfly or abstracts ship via FedEx Freight. The art is protected with layers of bubble wrap, cardboard, and corner protectors. Each piece has been inspected prior to shipment. You will receive an email confirmation from me when your product has shipped as well as tracking updates from FedEx that will inform you on estimated delivery, etc. 


Smaller pieces such as mini butterflies ship via USPS. You will also receive an email update from me stating that your product has been shipped that includes your USPS tracking number. 


If a package says “delivered” by either FedEx or USPS but is not found, we are not held responsible for stolen or lost packages. We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses. We are happy to ship the item to the correct address once its returned back to us if you cover the shipping fee. 


Local Pickups


Currently, we are accepting local pickups at our designated stations in Madison, Oxford, & Tupelo. You will receive an email from me when your order is ready to be picked up, and we can coordinate when works best for you.


In Madison, pickups are at my shop at 2085 Main St next to Apple Annie's. For Oxford and Tupelo, I will text or email you to coordinate the pickup location! 

Since we are coordinating with many different clients, we do not offer deliveries. We ask that if you are unable to meet at our pickup stations, please send a friend or family member!


Coupons & Sales


If a purchase is made before a site sale or used without a coupon, the sale is final at the time of purchase even if it is not shipped yet. We are unable to go back and credit the sale discount of the order.  


All Sales are Final


We inspect our products thoroughly and take great lengths to ensure your products are shipped safely and promptly. In addition, we have thoroughly described the product and our systems in a clear and direct way. MK Decker Designs is not responsible for coloration changes that may take place over time with the finish or coloring of the product.  We take great pride in what we do, we spend huge amounts of time on what we do, and we LOVE what we do. Therefore, all sales are final upon the placement of an order.
